Terms of Service
Last updated: 19 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Bryt (“Bryt”, “we”, “us”) about your use of getbryt.co and the Bryt app (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you use Bryt for a business, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for that business.
1. What Bryt is
Bryt is a finance tool for solo owners and small and medium businesses. It helps you keep your money records in one place, create and send invoices, track supplier bills, see a cash forecast, and ask questions about your numbers.
Bryt is not a bank, a payment service, an accounting firm or a licensed financial adviser. Bryt does not hold, move or transfer money, does not connect to your bank, and does not process payments. Payment details you add (such as an IBAN, WAMD number or payment link) are shown to your customers so they can pay you directly.
2. Early access
Bryt is currently offered free of charge as an early-access pilot. Features may change, be added or be removed while we improve the product. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you in advance and you will choose whether to continue; nothing will be charged without your clear agreement.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 18 and give accurate information.
- Keep your sign-in email secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, including people you invite (colleagues, your accountant or upload-only helpers).
- Tell us straight away if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.
- We may refuse, suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other users or the Service at risk.
4. Your data
You own the information and files you put into Bryt (“Your Data”). You give us permission to store, process and display Your Data only to provide, secure and improve the Service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell Your Data, and we do not use it to train AI models. You can download all of Your Data at any time from Settings, and you can delete a business and everything in it.
5. Forecasts, insights and AI
- Forecasts, cash health, insights, alerts and answers are estimates calculated from the data you provide. They can be wrong if the data is incomplete, out of date or incorrect.
- Some features use artificial intelligence to read files and answer questions. AI can make mistakes. Values read by AI are shown as suggestions for you to check before they are saved.
- Nothing in Bryt is financial, accounting, tax, legal or investment advice. You remain responsible for your business decisions and for checking important figures with your bank statements and a qualified professional.
6. Invoices, reminders and customer links
- You are responsible for the invoices you create and send, including their accuracy and any tax or legal requirements that apply to your business.
- Messages to your customers (for example on WhatsApp) are only sent when you press send. You are responsible for having the right to contact your customers and to share their details with Bryt.
- Each invoice has a private link your customer can open without an account. Anyone with the link can see that invoice, so share it only with the intended customer.
- When a customer says they have paid, nothing is recorded until you confirm it.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use Bryt for anything illegal, fraudulent or misleading, including fake invoices or records;
- upload content you do not have the right to share, or malicious files;
- try to access another business’s data, or test, probe or break our security;
- copy, resell or reverse-engineer the Service, or overload it with automated requests.
8. Other services
Bryt relies on trusted providers for hosting, sign-in, email and AI (listed in our Privacy Policy). Links you add, such as your own payment link, lead to services we do not control and are governed by their own terms.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep Bryt available and your data safe, but the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update or change the Service, and we may update these terms. If a change is important, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect.
10. Ending your use
You can stop using Bryt at any time, download your data, and delete your business from Settings. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, if required by law, or if we stop offering the Service; where reasonable we will give notice and time to download your data.
11. Liability
To the extent the law allows: Bryt is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, or for decisions made based on forecasts, insights or AI answers. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or KWD 100 if you have paid nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You agree to cover our reasonable losses if a claim is brought against us because of Your Data or your breach of these terms.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. We will first try to resolve any disagreement with you directly and in good faith. If that is not possible, the courts of Kuwait will have jurisdiction.
If the English and Arabic versions differ, the Arabic version applies in Kuwait.
